A few drops truly is all it takes, and it stays slick way longer than the water-based stuff I used before. It doesn't get sticky or dry out mid-session, which is exactly what I wanted.
A single drop lasted way longer than I expected, and it never got sticky or needed reapplying. Since it doesn't absorb into the skin, cleanup took a little extra soap and water, but that's the tradeoff for how slick it stays.
I was skeptical about the price until I realized how little you actually need — this stuff doesn't absorb at all, so you stay slick way longer than with water-based. Cleanup takes a bit more effort since it's silicone, but that's the tradeoff and it's worth it.
